7 Steps to Prepare for your QHHT session

1. Bring a list of questions
In case you are wondering about the type of questions to include, here are some sample questions for your reference.
2. Wear comfortable clothes
Wear comfortable clothing: On the day of the session, please wear comfortable clothes such as loose trousers and t-shirts. You will be sitting for almost 5-7 hours or more, so it’s important to prioritize comfort.
Makeup Consideration: If you’re concerned about makeup smudging due to potential tears during the session, please apply less or no makeup. It’s very normal for you to cry during the session, and we want you to feel comfortable throughout the session.
3. Have an open mind with no expectations
It is one of the most important preparations you can do for the session.
Be open to the experience and trust that your higher self will guide the process. Let go of any expectations about what should or should not happen, or how you should or should not feel during the hypnosis session. Each session will be unique and different in its own way, and yours will be the best one for you.
4. Eating healthy and filling Food
On the day of the session, please have a healthy and filling breakfast or lunch based on the time of the session. This will ensure that you have the energy to easily get through the day.
Additionally, please bring some light snacks you can eat after the session. It will be a long session so you might feel hungry at the end of it.
5. Have a plan for your partner
If someone is driving you to the session, ensure they plan their day in advance. Due to the private nature of the session, no one else will be allowed to stay with you during the session.
6. Watch your dreams
Watch Your Dreams: After your QHHT session, the door connecting you with your higher self will be open. You are highly likely to receive messages in your dreams or as other signs. Therefore, be open to receiving insights, guidance, or symbols from your subconscious or higher self.
Ask for Guidance: Additionally, if you have any further questions, you can always ask your subconscious or higher self before you go to sleep, and you will receive your answers.
7. Listen to your recording
Listen to Your Recording: Please listen to the recording of your QHHT session as often as you need. It is a special tool that grants you access to your subconscious or higher self whenever you need it. However, NEVER listen to your recording while you are driving or engaged in activities that demand your full attention.
Your Personal Therapist: One QHHT session is sufficient to obtain all the information and healing necessary to guide you in the right direction in your life. If you wish to explore other aspects of your past lives, you are always welcome to schedule another session. Nevertheless, the recording serves as your lifelong Go-to therapist. 🙂
