Reflecting on my life, I have realized that a spark has always resided within me. This spark has manifested as a longing, a search, and an eagerness to delve deeper into life’s mysteries. It served as the driving force behind my journey. As I write this article, I find myself in a phase of life where I have a sense of my soul’s purpose, even though I am yet to fully embark on my journey.
This spark within me has been a constant presence, shining brightly through both sunny and rainy days. It has instilled in me a sense of purpose from a young age. However, it wasn’t until recently that I truly understood its significance.
This inner light has fueled my curiosity about life, pushing me to ponder existential questions: Who are we? Why are we here? What is the meaning of life? What is our purpose? While I may not have all the answers, I remind myself that it’s okay not to have them. Therefore, some days, I find contentment in this acceptance, while on others, I continue to seek clarity.
With each passing moment, this spark within me grows brighter and stronger, becoming an integral part of who I am. This spark found its footing when I encountered the teachings of Dr. Wayne Dyer, whose words resonated deeply within me. His notion that “We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and NOT the other way around” sparked a profound shift in my perspective. Suddenly, I realized that I had spent my life in pursuit of something elusive. This realization allowed me to pause and view life from a new angle—a perspective that brought peace to my soul.
Dr. Dyer’s wisdom, alongside that of writers like Louise Hay, Vladimir Merge, and Dolores Cannon, has fueled my inner spark. They have served as my teachers and guides, for which I am deeply grateful. Previously, I was someone who meticulously planned every aspect of my life—from education to career, marriage, and beyond. While I still possess a stubborn streak, I have learned to embrace the unpredictability of life. While I may not make as many plans as before, I continue to dream and reflect on my journey, constantly learning and evolving.
